A beautiful almond bitterness lends shape and accentuates both the freshness and the richness of the Pinot Noir. This Champagne comes from a single 50 year old vineyard “Les Crayères” grand cru in Ambonnay. This parcel magnifies the Pinot Noir which is vinified and aged in Champenoise barrels and gives us all the amplitude and excellence of this grape variety.
