Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Sparkling Riesling

Non- Alcoholic. Alcohol was distilled out by a vacuum still @ 23C, then injected with CO2. 45.3 g/l RS, but nicely balanced by the bubbles, this shows pineapple, apple clean citrus and a just there spicy Riesling note. The palate is clean and bright and the sugar doesn't show too much due to the bubbles. D&M Tasting Notes

This is made like the still expression, but the CO2 in the sparkling version really balances the 45 grams/L residual and makes it appear drier than it is. Because of that, it’s even more wine-like: lemon, spice and everything nice! Importer Notes
