D&M (The Company) does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21.
By using this site you are representing that you are over the age of 21. The Company makes every effort to ensure that alcoholic beverages are not delivered to anyone who is under the age of 21. By using this site you are representing that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from the Company is over the age of 21. You also agree that any alcohol purchased from the Company is intended for personal consumption and not for resale. Sales per person in California cannot exceed limit of 52 gallons per transaction. If your purchase is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, returns made within 7 days with a valid receipt, will be refunded to the original form of payment or exchanged.
Please allow 24-48 hours for order to be packed and shipped. Fed-ex/ GSO deliver Monday through Friday, if you would like Saturday delivery please contact us directly. 415-346-1325
We cannot ship any products to a P.O. Box.
When your items are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All shipments must be signed for. Please be advised that once packages are in transit and need to be re-routed to a different delivery address UPS/GLS charge an additional $12.35.
To Change or Cancel and Order: Please call us ASAP Once an order has left, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Returns: California laws prohibits retailers to take any wine or spirits back which is not spoiled. We do take returns on wines which are obviously corked or flawed. You need to bring the bottle back (with liquid) so that we may evaluate if the product is flawed. If flawed we will replace with the same or of equal value product.
Special Orders: We are happy to assist you in finding the perfect bottle. If we special order a product for you, a credit card is needed and will be charged when the product arrives.
Humans update this website, and we strive for accuracy but mistakes may happen. If they do, in store pricing will be the default.
We make every effort to ensure the quality and condition of older vintages. However as is tradition in wine retail, wines 10+ years in age at the time of purchase are sold at the buyer's risk. We do not accept returns of "corked" or "off" wines 10 years or older, nor will we accept returns of these wines because they are past their optimal drinking window.*
