This comes from an excellent year and its blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir echoes the grand marques at multiples of this price. The nose opens with a wonderfully rich and present nose of cream, lemon oil, buttered pastry and high season nectarines. The plate is moderate in weight with a great sense of texture and a good mix of minerals, lemon oil, stone fruits and brioche. This is wonderful stuff here. D&M Tasting Notes
