Hirsch Vineyards 2021 San Andreas Fault Pinot Noir

This is a gorgeous iteration of the "standard" San Andreas put together by Jasmine Hirsch. The nose opens with a bright and pretty aroma set of red cherry, light spice, turned earth, and sage. The palate is just shy of moderate and it seems like with each turn of the glass another facet show itself with with Bing cherry, black cherry, a mixed set of savory cooking spices and earth making an appearance.
