Guy de Forez Brut Reserve Champagne

The nose shows a bright citrus, baking spice, nectarine, green apple, and a cool minerality. The palate is lighter with a fresh and bright flavor set of citrus, white tree fruits, and a clay minerality to finish. This Reserve NV which is based on the 2018 vintage and a blend of mostly Pinot Noir with around a third Chardonnay. After being aged on its lees for four years, it was recently disgorged with a dosage of 7 grams per liter. D&M Tasting Notes
