Folk Machine 2023 Central Coast Pinot Noir

This pours a delicate translucent red in the glass. The nose is delicate and light with aromas of tea, bing cherry, white raspberry, sage and a just there earth note. On the light palate there is a ethereal sense of light red berry and cherry nicely balanced by spice, earth, and a black tea note to finish. This is for those that want a quite light bodied California Pinot with some red fruit to balance out the non-fruit slash earth notes. D&M Tasting Notes
