Folk Machine 2021 Syrah/Grenache Red Wine

From the excellent Brosseau Vineyard in Chalone this is a delightful blend of 50/50 Grenache and Syrah. The nose opens with deep cherry, pepper spice, crushed rocks and a light eucalyptus note emerging with air. The palate is just shy of moderate in weight with pepper and cherry notes being the most predominant. Very food friendly. D&M Tasting Notes
