Folk Machine 2021 Chalone Chardonnay

This Chardonnay fruit comes from the Brosseau vineyard in Chalone. In the cellar this was fermented and rested in old oak barrels and fully went through Malolactic conversion. The nose opens with aromas of light butterscotch, nectarine, some citrus, and a light minerality. The palate is moderate in weight with a hit of oak, and fruit flavors of nectarine and citrus predominating. D&M Tasting Notes
