Filipa Pato 3B Brut Nature Sparkling Wine

Blanc de Blancs, no dosage. This is a  blend of Maria Gomez, Sercial, and Bical and mostly and mostly bio-dynamically farmed, and aged on its lees for around ten months and disgorged and corked without the addition of dosage (sugar.) The nose here is towards the tart stone fruits with quince, green apple, clay minerality, and a light cream note. The palate is light with moderate acid and a flavor set of apples, quince, honeyed spice, and a light seaside minerality. D&M Tasting Notes
