Our 2023 Store Pick is an 8 year bottled at cask strength. 63.40% ABV. The nose opens with a wave of allspice, pepper medley, red hot candies, dried orange peel, maple and corn. The palate packs both the power of its proof with a mouth coating medley of mixed peppercorns, eucalyptus, maple syrup, oak, and a dried orange peel note to finish.
