Domaine Roland Schmitt Cremant d'Alsace

This is made up of equal parts Pinot Auxerois, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir, predominantly from the 2022 harvest-- aged on its lees for a year and does have a delicate sweetness to it with a 6% residual sugar after disgorgement. The nose opens with stone fruits with plum, apricot, cream, and a bit of citrus zests. The palate is moderate in weight with a texture from the little bit of sweetness and a flavor set that echoes the nose with plum, apricot, cream, crushed rocks and mixed citrus zests.
