Domaine Pepiere 2022 La Pepie 'Dancing Chicken'

70% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot. This is all organically farmed estate wine but with the rules of Muscadet, it has to be released as a "lowly" Vin de Pays. The nose opens with a deep raspberry balanced by fresh cherry and a freshly crushed black pepper. The palate is light with a focused palate of berries and cherry balanced by pepper notes.
