Pot Distilled from Cherry, Beechwood, and Peat Smoked Barley. The hops are at the forefront of the nose exuding pepperiness, bright white flowers, and lavender with a hoppy musky overtone. Another whiff and you get vanilla and toffee from the barrel with a little orange pekoe tea. The palate is very light and delicate with more white flowers, cigar box, cinnamon, brown spice, molasses and a slight savory character. The finish is long with sweet barley, tea and the hop flowers.
