*375ml. This is a skin contact of Pinot Gris done by Scott from Joile Ladie from one concrete egg. The nose shows a soft peach with grapefruit, spice and a light cool mineral note. The palate is light in weight with grapefruit zest and flesh balanced by a light peach tone. D&M Tasting Notes

The “Gris” in Pinot Gris refers to the color of the grape skins. After foot trodding, we let the juice rest on the skins for 3 days to gain a rosy color, lush texture, and for overall deliciousness. SCOTT SCHULTZ, JOLIE LAIDE
