Chateau du Hureau 2021Half Bottle Tuffe Saumur

This is organically grown Cabernet Franc close to the Loire river in Saumur Champigny, grown organically. The nose opens with black flowers, cocoa nib, dark cherry, peppercorns and wood shavings. On the palate this is moderate in weight with good acid and a flavor set that nicely echoes the nose. Very well done.
