Cain NV15 Cuvee Red Wine
This is a blend of the 2014 and 2015 vintages, mostly from Spring Mountain with 30% coming from the valley floor. It is a blend of 45% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Cabernet Franc, and 18% Petit Verdot. The nose opens with savory spice, resolved Brett, plum, cherry, gentle earth, and dusty raspberries. The palate is moderate in weight with a good mix of fruit, spice and savory notes in great harmony. D&M Tasting Notes
