Bonal Gentiane - Quina Aperitif

Since 1986, this delicious aperitif wine has been celebrated for its delightful flavors and complexity, stimulation to the palate. True to it's role as aperitif, Bonal was known as 'ouvre l'appetit - the key to open the appetite. It is made by an infusion of cinchona (quinine), gentian and renowned herbs of the Grande Chartreuse mountains in a Mistelle base. As a Quinquina (also known as "Kina", an aperitif wine with cinchona), it is traditionally enjoyed neat, on ice with a twist, and in many classic mixed drinks. Importer Notes
