60% Pinot Noir Rosé de Saignée, 40% Chardonnay. Disgorged: March 2020. A saignée rosé Champagne that's based mostly on Pinot Noir (60%) alongside 60 year old, Premier Cru Chardonnay. The initial wine aged in 228 liter French casks for 10 months before bottling and then aging 60 months sur latte. Vilmart's Champagnes are luxurious, full-bodied and complex on the palate.
