Domaine De Colette 2021 Morgon Beaujolais

This comes from a single organically farmed plot of 80 year old vines that after a native ferment in cement is bottled with low amounts of sulfur. The nose opens with a beguiling mix of violets, earth, plum, dark cherry, and just there spice. On the palate this has good presence for a Beaujolais and a flavor set of black flowers, mixed black fruits and gentle earth. Delightful deep wine. D&M Tasting Notes
