In the glass this shows a light golden hue and an aroma set of hazelnuts, golden and green apples, dried apricots, oak spice, lemon zest and a saline and clay note. The palate has some texture to it with fresh bread, golden tree fruits, just there nuts, and a hit of textured minerality to finish. This is mostly from the 2020 vintage with 30% of the cuvee coming from the reserve that is aged in oak. The cuvee is made up of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay. After two years of aging on its lees, the Elegance was disgorged without the addition of dosage, and no sulfur was used. - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK)
