Vignerons Santa Barbara County Chardonnay 2022

From the producer:

This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from Sierra Madre and Bien Nacido Vineyards. After being picked early in the morning the grapes were whole cluster pressed, and cold settled over night. The next day the juice was racked into 25% new French oak for native fermentation in barrel. The wine rested in barrel for 12 months before bottling.
