Twill Chardonnay 'The Way' Willamette Valley 2023

D&M  NOTES:

TASTING: Light and bright in the nose with butterscotch, citrus, some light Barrel notes, and a lifted ripe apricot top note. On the palate this is just shy of moderate in weight with flavors of butterscotch, lemon, and apricot. - MK, May 2026.

WINEMAKING: Completely organic, this comes from a quartet of vineyards, with the majority sourced from Molly's Vineyard (atop sedimentary soil.) It was fermented with native yeasts and aged in oak barrels for 12 months (15% new). Overall quite low SO2 addition at less than 30ppm.
