OVERVIEW: “The Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was planted back in 1989 and upon beds of volcanic and alluvial soils, on the eastern border of Turley Estate in Napa. Turley Estate is located in northern Napa and certified organic. The fruit is harvested at preferred ripeness before fermented with natural yeast. The wine is then aged in 100% French oak, of which just under a half is new, for 18 months.”

TASTING: “Aromatically the wine is full of red cherries, dried thanksgiving herbs, rose petals, baking spice, and a hint of fine tobacco. On the palate, the wine is juicy with more red fruit flavors, eucalyptus as well as a lush, silky texture and supple tannins.”
