Timothee Delalle Cabernets 2022

Gateway wine to the wonders of the Loire. A blend of 90% Cab Franc and 10% Cab Sauv, and quite similar to the 2020 we previously carried. The nose opens with savory pepper, cocoa, and dried cherries. The palate is moderate in weight with mole, dried cherries, crack peppercorns and gentle earth. - D&M TASTING NOTES
