COMPOSITION: “Base of neutral spirit made from non-GMO grain; Includes 25 botanicals: orange blossom; bergamot, Seville, and Valencia orange peels; grapefruit, lemon, and lime peels; angelica root; caraway; fresh cilantro; California bay laurel; cardamom; coriander; fresh cucumber; fresh dill and dill seed; fennel seed; fresh ginger; juniper; pink and Malabar black peppercorn; nutmeg; orris root; Saigon cinnamon; and star anise”

DISTILLATION: "The resulting infusion is distilled in a copper pot still, passing through a vapor-infusion basket that holds juniper, cilantro, and bay laurel. The remaining botanicals are macerated and distilled separately before all component distillates are blended and proofed
