Scherrer Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 2016

This opens with black cherry, cola, spices, just there anise, and barrel notes. The palate has a bit of an aged quality present in a good way that gives way to earth and dried black cherry on the palate with a bit of barrel spices on the finish. Quite pretty well aged Pinot Noir from the folks at Scherrer. MK D&M September 2025
