Ronchi Barbaresco 2022

This is a classic expression from a producer that we have long carried as they balance delightful Nebbiolo with an attractive price point. The nose opens with sweet cherry, black tea, violets, light earth, and a bit of mixed spice. On the palate this has a up front presence to the tannins-- earth notes that emerge with a bit of air and there are nice cherry notes as well. This will age for some years, and if you are to enjoy it soon, some time in decanter will soften the edges. MK D&M Tasting Notes March 2026.
