Rare Character Limited Release Batch No 02 Kentucky Straight Bourbon

D&M NOTES:
This blend of 6-8 year KY wheated bourbons and 6+ year KY light whiskies was assembled from secret sources in the Bluegrass State to be bright and dessert-like. The nose opens with graham cracker, orange peel, bing cherry, and caramel, which flows smoothly into the palate, which amps up the orange, baking spice, and toasted brown sugar. The proof (61.7%) builds over time but resolves nicely into a lingering finish of confectioner's sugar, candied orange, and light cinnamon. – DI, 08/2026
