PYCM Chassagne Montrachet V.V. 2023

This comes from three vineyards on the Puligny side of the Chassagne Montrachet. The nose is initially tight but I found that it opened up quite nicely over an hour. The aromas set was to light lemon, tangerine oil, early season apricot, minerals and a kiss of oak. On the palate this is well balanced a lovely sense of texture to balance out the shy nose with lemon, stone fruits, delicate oak and just there minerality. MK D&M Tasting Notes March 2026
