This is organically farmed from a site atop sand over granite subsoil. The nose opens with aromas of light stone fruits, and a salted lemon. On the palate there is a great sense of texture with salted lime and a bit of nectarine. This would go great with seafood. MK D&M Tasting Notes August 2026
