Laurent Perrier Blanc De Blancs Brut Nature Champagne

Of the large houses, Laurent Perrier was the first to do a Brut Nature, so this Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature was a natural new bottling for them to release in 2019. This is the second assemblage and is based on the excellent 2014 and 2016 vintages. The nose opens with a core of chalky minerality / acidity, some freshly risen dough and a just there note of fresh cut green apples and a bit of citrus. On the palate this is just shy of moderate in weight with some brioche and cream, apple and just there citrus. - D&M TASTING NOTES
