This shows the influence of the sherry barrel on the final distillate at Kilchoman. The nose opens with aromas of cinnamon cookies, toffee, lemon bars, jam drops, a bit of peat and light smoke. On the palate there is a good sense of texture and a flavor set of delicate smoke, toasted nuts, creme brulee, and a caramel note to finish. MK D&M Tasting Notes Nov 2026
