Josmeyer Pinot Blanc 'Mise du Printemps' 2025

This is a historic, now biodynamic estate in Wintzenheim, Alsace that has been family-run since 1854. In the cellar they utilize indigenous yeasts, and old large barrels with a less is more philosophy. 

This opens with early spring white flowers with citrus towards meyer lemon, and a delicate wet stone minerality. On the palate this is lively yet petite with flavors that nicely echo the nose-- florals and citrus atop wet stone mineraltiy. This would be great with balanced Chinese fish dishes.
