WINEMAKING: “In the cellar, we keep things fun and intentional: whole clusters begin with carbonic maceration, followed by foot treading before fermentation finishes whole cluster. This playful dance builds juicy fruit and lifted florals up front, with enough structure underneath to keep things serious but playful. A short six months in neutral barrique preserves the wine’s fresh, energetic character.”
