JM Seleque Solessence Extra Brut Champagne B2019

Grower Champagne. This is drawn from the 7 villages where Jean Marc has holdings, and is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir in descending percentages. This is a bright and happy Champagne with a nose of sugar plums, lemon oil, white flowers, just there savory herbs and a mineral note. The palate is focused and moderate in weight with plum, lemon oil, and mineral kept clean and happy by the low 2g/l dosage. Current stock:  50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir Lot 2019, disgorged 2021 - D&M TASTING NOTES
