Jacques Lassaigne Les Vignes De Montgueux Champagne

Extra Brut, Blanc de Blancs. This shares the limestone vein of Le Mesnil, just down in the Côte des Bar. The nose shows Mirabelle plum, some ginger, white flowers, a bit of nut and spice, with just there brioche. The palate is focused and quite zingy with some citrus and a seam of white stone mineraltiy.  - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK)
