Guillaume Vrignaud Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume 2023

This comes from the Fourchaume Premier Cru, and the plot that it is drawn from was planted in 1995 atop Kimmeridgien soils. Organically farmed fermented with native yeasts and raised in Stainless steel for 12 months. The nose opens with light spice and a note of lemon and minerality.
