Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2025

This is the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that comes from one of the founders of Cloudy Bay. This quite impressed with a complex aroma set of guava, kiwi, minerality, oyster shells, and of course a grassy note. On the palate this is quite well done with good acidity and a savory oyster shell sea spray to balance out the guava, lychee, and grass notes. D&M Staff Notes April 2026
