PROCESS: Stone Oven - 28 hours; Tanks - 94% Steel, 6% Wood; Milling - Felipestein Tahona; Still - Twice in Copper Pot Stills; Water - 53% rain water, 47% spring water; Aging - Not aged. never in barrel"
