PRODUCER NOTES:

Powerful, licorice and flinty nose. On the palate it is mineral and saline, flinty, with a nice balance acidity and roundness, then a dry finish.

VARIETALS: 100% Riesling.

SOILS: Well-drained volcanic sediments and sandstone.

FERMENTATION: Temperature-controlled fourdre

AGING: On lees in large barrels for 11 months
