BLEND: 40% Grenache, 20% Carignan, 20% Cinsault, 20% Syrah

VINEYARDS: “This seven-acre walled vineyard, facing north, is surrounded by wild thyme, rosemary and pine trees.  Soils combine clay, marl and sandstone.”

AGE OF VINES: 25-50 years

WINEMAKING: “Hand-harvested.  Destemmed; fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.  Aged half in tank and half in demi-muid.”
