This is from a family that has farmed and made wine in the Maconnais for generations, currently in the town of Pierreclos. They are practicing organic with the intention of moving to certified in years to come. This opens with a light and bright aroma set with clay minerality, citrus, and high summer apricots. On the palate this lively with flavors of citrus, apricot and a cool stone minerality from its concrete ageing.
