Corison Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

The 2021 pours a deep and opaque ruby to purple in the glass. The nose opens with aromas of currant, blue fruits, cedar, tobacco, baked earth, and a bit of rosemary. The palate has a presence to it but the tannins are quite well integrated with currants, cedar, tobacco, a gravelly minerality, and a hit of orange peel. This 100% Cabernet is delightful and shows the purity of fruit that the best wines from the Corison family carry. - D&M TASTING NOTES (MK, 06/2025)
