Combel Cahors La Serre 2022

TASTING: “The palate is bright, supple and still very fresh, with blackberry and black raspberry fruit notes, lifted by bright acidity - quite lush and ripe but refreshing and balanced.”

COMPOSITION: “100% Malbec (aka Auxerrois locally).  The fruit for the entry-level Pur comes from seven different Combel sites totalling 8.5 hectares. The estate is certified organic as of the 2015 vintage, but chemicals have not touched the vineyards for quite some time.”
