Clos Cibonne Tibouren Rosé 2023

This comes from an estate overlooking the Mediterranean that is known for the Tibouren grape-- almost a victim of phylloxera. Here the soils are gravel, clay and limestone soils, and because it is so close the the sea, more balanced than estates further inland. The nose opens with a bit of blood orange, peach, sea spray, and just there garrigue. On the palate this is moderate in weight with fruit flavors nicely balanced by just there herbal noes and salt. - D&M TASTING NOTES
