Christian Drouin 'Reserve de Fiefs' Pays d'Auge Calvados

This is a light, youthful and lifted Calvados that we think would be perfect for cocktail creation. The nose opens with fresh cut apples with just there aromas of orchard soil, oak, and baking spices. On the palate this turns a bit savory with and delicate with a bit of cassia bark, marzipan, and oak spice joined to cooked / stewed apples. D&M Staff Tasting Notes April 2026
