Carboniste Albarino Extra Brut Sparkling Wine 2024

This comes entirely from the Gomes vineyard; the flip side of the ongoing drought in 2024 was increased concentration in the wine. The nose opens with aromas of peach, cream, apricot, and mixed citrus fruits. On the palate this is moderate in weight with spice, peach, citrus, and just there wet stones.
