Named in tribute to the limestone-filtered water sourced from the Black River, this rum embodies the essence of its origin. 

Aroma: Enticing notes of toasted almonds, hazelnuts, orange peel, vanilla, molasses, and roasted coffee. 

Palate: A rich and indulgent profile featuring caramel, baked pineapple, ripe banana, dark chocolate, and warm spices such as cinnamon and allspice.

Finish:  Creamy and enduring, with gentle oak undertones and subtle fruit nuances.
