OVERVIEW: “The dark, treacly heart of this rum turns into mahogany spirit during long, 7-year Caribbean aging. Heady aromas of molasses, espresso, chocolate and dried spice lead to a toffee-nut palate, balanced by bittersweet mocha on the finish. Bold and complex, it’s a mature spirit worthy of long, savoury contemplation. Robust yet smooth; Sample neat to enjoy its full-bodied flavors and rich provenance.”

PRODUCTION: “To create Angostura 7 Year Old rum, Angostura’s Master Blender selects from light, medium and heavy rums that have been aging for a minimum of 7 years. The blend is then returned to casks to further marry its flavors. The result: A truly memorable rum of rich medium body. Subtle nuances of the delightful flavors of chocolate, honey, toffee, caramel, coffee and roasted nuts.”
